mmmmm Night n day sweats? well its been so very hot for the past 3 x months so not sure what the cause is, how ever I sleep only in my birthday suit with no bedding on me, mmmm heaven except when I am late getting up and my little dog jumps on my bed and chews my ear to go with me for my morning jog. I do sweat during the day especially when doing light weight lifting and jogging. Good luck every one and put away your pyjamas for winter xx .

Just had my 1st round of chemo 1 week ago. Started having night sweats every night since then. I get up to put on dry pajamas 2
Or 3 times per night.

I goggle some but it only gets me down in the dumps. Hugs keep smiling.

I don't think there is a remedy for it in this Journey, just do the best you can ❣️

I have night and day sweats. It is so heavy that the moisture is running out of my hair and dripping. I find sitting under a fan to cool off seems to help a great deal. This sweat does not leave a gritty residue like normal sweat.
