I often have to remind my husband that my Illness comes with fatigue.
He often says let’s do this let’s do that. I just cleaned the house did
The laundry and mowed the grass while he played golf. Now I need rest time.
Sometimes because I don’t look sick people don’t understand why I might be tired.

2. Rest: Ensure you get plenty of rest. Short naps during the day or going to bed earlier can be beneficial.
3. Anemia Check: Consult your doctor about anemia, as it can worsen fatigue in CLL patients.
4. Lifestyle Adjustments: Consider reducing stress by changing jobs or asking for help with daily tasks.
5. Mental Health Support: Connecting with counselors or support groups can improve your well-being.

I have read that even when tired try to do some exercise that it helps with fatigue and is recommended for all cancers. I have also read that active people often tolerate chemo and other therapies better than less active folks. Do t know if it is true but I’m sure worth a shot. 😁👍
I know sometimes when I’m tired exercise is the last thing I want to even consider but I have tried anyway. 😉👍
