I have AML and several arthrities and would like to know if increase in muscle pain is a side effect of AML or just my arthrities.

I'm 86 diagnosed with AML in 2023 that is in remission at this time. I always remember, "God is in control". I do not seem to have pain from the cancer, only the previous from mild arthritis.
