Due to the CLL I have a compromised immune system. I get a monthly treatment via IV and it helps a lot.

As long as one is alive there is hope.

1. One of the most important things you can do is eat properly so you support your immune system. Food organic is best and not processed. Raw vegetables and raw fruits have the most nutrients. You might consider looking into adding supplements to your diet.

2. Exercise to keep your Lymphocytes moving is also vital. A rebounder is helpful or simply walking. Anything to get those Lymphocytes moving including dry brushing.

3. And thirdly you need a positive attitude. Forgive those who have offended you. As long as you are alive there is hope. God knows our challenge. Let Him give you the peace you need to travel this challenging road. Be a beacon to those who need your positive smiling face and encouragement.

Our bodies are have an amazing ability to heal. They need our help in these three basic ways. Of course our environment is very important. We need to avoid contaminants which challenge them if possible, including the air we breathe and the other pollutants we are around.

You can do this. Together we can all do this. Do your research and choose what you feel is best for you if you are offered any treatments or vaccines. . It's your body and your life. You are your best advocate. 🤗🤙

Very well stated Iolene. It's so very important for us to be very mindful of what we eat, keeping the lymphatic system moving every day and keeping a positive mindset. Also, speaking up and questioning doctors. Advocating for oneself is imperative nowadays...
