I have taken Brukinsa since 2/24. I have had no ill affects. My WBC count for the past few months has been around 7000 with everything in my blood test normal. I read some of the ill affects possible which I thought about before preceding with the medication. I am glad my body was not affected by the drug and my blood test results indicate a positive effect from Brukinsa. I am glad my insurance is paying 100% of the cost. I hope other people read about Brukinsa and discover for themselves if this would be effective (good) or affect (bad) their health? I personally think Brukinsa is effective without any ill affects.

All the meds have similar side effects, I think. I have CML and have been through 2 meds for it during my past 5 years duration. But the first med gave me heart pain and due to this I had to stop taking it.

I have been taking Brukinsa for CLL since October with amazing results. The only side effect I have is a very bruised arm and I need to go off of it if I have any medical or dental procedures. My labs are normal for CLL
