Hi Martha. I woke up stiff and tired this morning. I decided I could conquer it. So I took Rascal for a long walk and took a silver sneakers exercise class. Now counseling.

I agree always seem to feel better in the morning. I run out of energy very fast. Find myself taking a cat nap several times a day

This week it has been in the low 90's but at night it cools off very fast. During the past few days the house has cooled to 72 by 6 AM. Our weather may be high 80's next week? I use a fan to stay cool. September is always the hottest month? Staying cool and busy in the morning when it is coolest.
