We need to start reporting to the FDA these treatments that are failing and not working so that they get looked at and if needed taken off the market. 1. Log in to your profile on MyHealthTeam
2. Navigate to the 'Treatments' section:
- To add a new treatment, type the name of the treatment in the box below where it says 'My past treatments or therapies' (to Show Full Answer

1. Log in to your profile on MyHealthTeam.
2. Navigate to the 'Treatments' section:
- To add a new treatment, type the name of the treatment in the box below where it says 'My past treatments or therapies' (to the right of the + sign).
- To edit an existing treatment, select the edit icon that looks like a pencil next to the treatment you want to modify.
3. Enter the necessary details:
- For new treatments, a box will appear allowing you to enter your treatment dates, the effectiveness of the drug, and any side effects you experienced.
- For existing treatments, make the necessary changes and save, or select the button that says 'remove treatment' if you wish to delete it.
4. Save your changes. Once you have made the changes to your profile, you will be able to view all of your treatments and therapies on your timeline.

This process ensures that your treatment history is up-to-date and can be reviewed for effectiveness and side effects.

Hi Samantha. Thanks for sharing the link. What is imperative, as well, is to be proactive with what you have had adverse reactions to and to make sure that your doctor does not prescribe anything that may interact with a prior adverse reaction that one has had. I have had severe adverse reactions to all NSAID's...it is listed in my chart, however, I have had doctors in the past not even look at my information and prescribe a NSAID.
