Last summer I had some problems with this concern. I would be driving and I just did not feel right driving even thought I had driven on the road thousands of times and it was good weather. I think going to the gym 3 times a week may have stressed my body more than I had thought was possible? Now I know that I can do 1 or 2 hours of labor before I should rest. My wife is the time keeper and I quit when she tells me to come inside. I have learned to pace myself and I have not had this issue except when I over work myself and have low sugar in my blood or hypoglycemia.
