Mostly ride it out, massage. I have a lot of problems with dehydration so I keep stock in electrolyte/immune support waters/drinks and bananas. There are leg massage sleeves that you can get that pump air in and out that do a kind of leg massage and is supposed to help with blood flow and reduce the likelihood of clots. I had them on in the hospital and it was so relaxing and very comfortable. They are expensive to buy for home use but I have horrible insurance so you may want to look into that and see if your insurance covers it. It's like a decompression leg massager or something like that

I always have pain in my right leg
I was given an ultrasound and they found a blood clot. A filter was placed inside of me so the clot wouldn’t travel
