I think what is as important as taking vitamins is researching their origins and cleanliness. Right now I pay alot for Thorne from Australia because they seem to be cleaner and you get more of the supplement you are actually seeking. Beware the fillers and contaminated products out there. They are plenty!

I hope team members re taking vitamins and supplements to increase a healthier body? In the past I only took multivitamins but now I take more pills than in the past. I take zinc to help resist colds and flu. For energy I take B and B complex which does give me a energy boost. I hope team members will research what daily doses can do with making their health better by taking something extra everyday?

Navigating a simple cold or bronchitis when you have a low white blood cell (WBC) count due to leukemia can be challenging. Here are some steps to help manage and prevent infections:

- Avoid High-Risk Situations: Stay away from crowded places and people who are sick to reduce the risk of catching infections.
- Promptly Address Illness: If you suspect you are getting sick, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
- Hand Hygiene: Wash your hands thoroughly and often with antibacterial soap and hot water, especially after using the restroom, being in public spaces, and before eating or preparing food. Use antiseptic hand sanitizer when a sink is not available.
- Good Hygiene Practices: Avoid new body piercings or tattoos, and discuss dental hygiene recommendations with your healthcare provider.
- Stress Management: Lower stress levels through mindfulness, meditation, or therapy, as stress can weaken the immune system.
- Support System: Connect with others who understand your condition for emotional support and advice.

These steps can help reduce the risk of infections and manage symptoms effectively.
