I Am Wondering If Anyone Has Spells Once In Awhile, Like I Do? I Get Up In The Morning, And Am So Dizzy, Weak Shaking And Come Close To Pass

Yes, I often feel dizzy and weak when I get up.
Getting up slowly helps as does making sure you’re hydrated. Also, if you’re feeling dizzy, sit down quickly and lower your head, Don’t try to power through it.

OMG, this is what I am going through. I think it is like am on-going case of vertigo. Some days are better than others, but it happens when I am sleeping, it happens when I move my eyes the wrong way, it happens in the middle of walking to the bathroom.

I also have headaches all the time, nearly every day, which I never had before.
