I've had 2 blood transfusions but both of these didn't go so well for me as I had reactions from both of these.

Thanks for feedback. So sorry to hear that Mike7. I have reactions from most everything I've been on...for anything. I had reactions to first IVIG i believe it was gammaguard. So I'm on Octagam...or vice versa. I don't even know anymore. I know running the IV really slow helps. Takes me at least 4-5 hours to finish once hooked up. Also, pre meds are important. I've been on infusions for about a year and a half now. But they still take a toll on me afterwards. Not sure it's worth it, but what choice do I have. Be well!
