I did best when I ate mostly Salads with a variety of beans and raw vedges plus variety of fruit. A little thin bread.
Also made milk from almonds and out curry powder cumin garlic applecider vinegar in my salad.
Of course my husband is always cooking de l icious Neil's for himself so that diet has gone to the wayside a while ago. Since Christmas as well I have gained weight again and sugars gone up.
Never mind. Yiu have to be happy and I like food.
If I get bad news in future on my watch and wait I will go back yo that healthier eating lol.
