Have Been On Imbruvica For Over Ten Years, But Now My White Counts Are Slowly Going Up Meaning My Imbruvica Is Not Working As Well.

Tests that were done at NIH confirmed this. Perhaps in a few months, I will have to decide on a clinical trial for either CAR-t or Venetoclax. Both can have serious side effects. Want to explore all my options. Anyone on these
Treatments?

Imbruvica did not agree with my system. I was having sores beeak out on my body. Dr called it a stage 3 reaction. Now I am on calquence 100mg 1 per day. White counts are fair. Side effects are sore joints and fatigue.

I wish I had information, but to this date I have not had to really look at different options. I feel sure you will get the information you need to determine best next steps. Take care

Thanks for responding . I have not started Imbruvica as of yet. Still waiting to hear the price and my options in that regard.
