WBC - 43.3

Shortness of breath in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) can be influenced by several factors, including:

- Anemia: CLL can lead to anemia, which reduces the number of red blood cells that carry oxygen, causing breathlessness.
- Leukemia Treatments: Treatments like chemotherapy can cause anemia and reduce white blood cells, leading to infections and breathing issues.
- External Factors: Hot climates can exacerbate breathlessness, as extreme temperatures can make it more difficult to breathe.
