I Will Turn 70 In August 22, I’m On My 3rd Medication For CML, Celebrate 10 Year Survivor July 25th. Bone Marrow August. Is This Common

I was diagnosed with CML in May of 2018. I was on every TKI with no success.
I had a Stem Cell Transplant August 15, so today is day 73 for me. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do.

I am not sure, but if it helps to help you then yes. I think the doctor needs to give you more information though.

As far as I know, norms are not that general but after 10 years of managing CML some have change medications, some have different dosage of medication(s) and to help medications some have bone marrow transplant. How normal all is, only your oncologist can tell you, since he may have statistics to put some light in the subject, and even then one can be a particular case.
