I Am On Inqovi Which Is Not Available In Canada. I Am Very Lucky To Get It Through My Haematologist. I Take It With Venetaclax.

I have AML with mutation DDX41. So far I have lived 2 yrs in remission with no side effects except fatigue. No one can tell me how my leukemia will progress. Drs say I am an outlier and don’t know my prognosis. I am having trouble figuring out how to live. Should I be downsizing or just forget about it and live each day? That’s hard to do but that appears to be what I am doing.

I think no matter the cancer we all ask ourselves the same question/questions?
My answer is don’t wait to live YOUR best life!
We all need to find the new best way to have a fun happy life while dealing with cancer.
I was diagnosed in 2011 with CML. Kids in school- life was tough but last year we finally downsized to a small condo and are traveling more.
Hope this helps 💜

Donna, I also have AML and am prescribe Inqovi and Venetoclax as well as Zarxio to bring up my white blood cell counts. I have different cell mutations than you though. I’ve been in remission but it looks like I’m going out of remission now.
I have been downsizing while also trying to live each day….””
I’ve added you to my team.
