If this is for medication, you need to call both the drug manufacturer and the specialty pharmacy. I just went through a nightmare with Fred Hutch here in Seattle. Their patient care took so long (and also ghosted me) in trying to get assistance for Brukinsa that my clock was running out for CLL turning into Richter's syndrome & deadly non-Hodgkins lymphoma. I finally called the specialty pharmacy and said I would pay the $15,500. a month and figure it out later. Lo and behold I am now at a 0 copay card for a year. There are also grants especially under Medicare. In fact I spoke to Biologics, the specialty pharmacy today and they said don't ever pay full price. Please let us know how this turns out for you.
Our govt is well-aware that #1 cause of bankruptcy in America is "healthcare" or what I call wealthcare. They have had to take measures of protection, little that they are IMHO.

I discovered that medication is expensive ($15500 per month.) The Leukemia Society provided a grant for co-pay for medication of $3400 and health insurance covered the cost of medication. The medical staff provided support to request the grant from Leukemia Society . I hope your medical staff can assist with providing grant support and you can resolve your financial concern?

Thanks for sharing your story. There is medication available but the cost is a factor which can affect a good story with a sad ending? I am glad I was given a grant for my co-pay. I am glad my Part "D" medicare finally paid 100%. I hope others can use this information to get the help they require for better health and a happier future.
