Something that has a GOOD change is "effect." Something that has a BAD change is "affect?" I take Brukinsa and I have no ill affects. My WBC count is 8000 which is very effective. I just learned from CURE magazine that 10% those who take Brukinsa may have high blood pressure as a bad affect? Brukinsa also had less concerns (ill affects or failure to control WBC) then other BTK Inhibitor medications. The article also listed that after 3 to 5 years the controlling effecting of the BTK Inhibitor may fail for a percentage of those taking the medication. I do not think our medical people would share this "new" information since it was just published in CURE 9/24.
