Every morning I know that my energy level is good so I am active in the mornings and do my tasks. During the afternoon I relax and rest. I think pacing yourself and doing your tasks when your energy level allows you to do the task is very important to remember so you do not over extend yourself. Last week I managed to walk over 20 miles and climb 100 floor levels (in a 15 story building.) I was tired and some bruising on my legs appeared (then faded after a few days.) I am 72 so I am acting my age (as my wife explains?) I hope you can develop you own schedule of activities of what you want to accomplish. I hope you know that each day is what you want to do and only what you want to do. I think as time passed you will feel better with both your physical and metal health.
