I had a sinus infection that I thought I could just ride out and wait for it to go away..wrong! Had a regularly scheduled appointment with my doctor and lo and behold white count way up and a respiratory infection. Don’t wait too long call you doctor..antibiotics are no fun but sometimes really needed.

For a cold as an old Dietitian told me year ago 1000 Vitamin C daily, I hope you feel better soon.
