Hi Has Anyone Experienced Other Symptoms Like Middle Of Stomach Pains, Aches Behind The Lungs Especially When Leaning Forward?

Oncologist wants to continue chemo pills after the 3 month period due to spreading of pain. I am stage 4 CLL since 10/1/24 Currently waiting on two CT scans before doctor proceeds to next stage.

I understand CLL does not cause pain in itself it is the organs that have been affected. Prio to 10/1/24 i had symtpoms had no idea why I felt tired or even the rashes appearing on both calfs and elbows. Three months afte Brukinsa got some appetite back but December 2024 began stomach aches, then pains right behing and inside rear back ribs and lower spine. Oncologist tells me pills are working. Waiting for Ct scan then upper and lower GI to find out if anything else is wrong.
Have as of 10/1/24 Stage 4 CLL. How suddenly stage 4 came about doctor cannot say I was doing good January 2024.

All we can do is wait for CT scan. Was told as of two weeks ago my blood count has leveled off. Pains? Do not know why yet.

I had a bone marrow back in Sept 2024 results stage 4. going into 4th months chemo pills. Yes, hear organs get inflamed that may cause pains. Feels like spleen to me do not know why back of rib cage area aches. Oncologist is waiting for these CT scans.

I am glad I avoided "treatment" and at stage 1 requested medication? I hope doctors are telling their patients that excess WBC can cause damage to healthy organs? I hope your medical people can assist you with a healthy recovery.

thank you for your responses. Just received Leukemia society info and to the point exactly what I have been going on with aches: "Pain in the middle of the stomach and aches behind the lungs could be related to leukemia symptoms or treatment side effects. For example, abdominal pain may occur if leukemia cells accumulate in organs like the spleen or liver, causing them to enlarge. Chest pain or discomfort could be linked to T-cell leukemia affecting the thymus or other complications. CT scans will help identify the cause." Have to wait for CT scans hopefully oncology will tell me more.
