Based on the knowledge base:

- Azacitidine (Onureg, Vidaza): This is a chemotherapy drug used in combination with other treatments for AML
- Ivosidenib (Tibsovo): This is a targeted therapy for AML with IDH1 mutations. It works by interfering with the ability of leukemia cells to release stored energy.
- Venetoclax Show Full Answer

- Ivosidenib (Tibsovo): This is a targeted therapy for AML with IDH1 mutations. It works by interfering with the ability of leukemia cells to release stored energy.
- Venetoclax (Venclexta): This is a BCL-2 inhibitor used for AML, particularly in older adults or those who cannot tolerate other treatments. It helps leukemia cells to self-destruct.

Combining these treatments can be part of a strategy to target different aspects of AML, but specific experiences and outcomes can vary. Always consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
