Sprycel 100mg for 6.5 weeks, very few side effects. Blood work tomorrow to see if numbers still trending in the right direction.

Imatinib(gleevec) I am 76 and diagnosed in 2019. I achieved MNR in 6 months and have continued to do so. Last year I asked to reduce the dosage to 200mg-which we tried. I had a slight increase and decided to go back to the 400 mg that worked.

I was on Gleevec (imatinib) for 18 years, and have been off all treatment now since 2018. This Feb will be 6 years if all is well on my Feb blood test. I have been undetected since 2002, but I continued to take my pill everyday.

I was on Sprycel(Dasatinib) for 3.5 years which was easy to tolerate but stagnated at .11% BCR/ABL, went on Bosulif (Bosutinib) for 6 months but could no tolerate side effects but got down to .06% and am now on Scemblix(asciminib) which has been great side effects wise and waiting in my first BCR test in December, fingers crossed! This disease sucks but thankfully all is well so far.
