Do Doctors Typically Differentiate Between O-cll And M-cll?

Steve, When they tested a lymph node, the kappa and lambda light chain were polyclonal which indicates o-cll which means that the cll is not a single type of b-cell but rather heterogeneous. They could have been monoclonal which would indicate M-cll but I don’t know what this really means in simple terms of treatment.

I haven't heard this of differentiation between CLL types yet (I have CLL). Can you say more about what the "O" and "M" mean?
