I've been dealing with CLL for years and I understand what you're going through. I deal with the same thing. I've found that frequent naps help, going slow helps, and acceptance helps. I've also found that having a hobby helps. It takes my mind off the fatigue and gives me a positive outlet.

This is one of the problems with our disease. I work around this issue by doing what I have to n the morning when I have energy. A few weeks ago I weed cut on my property for two days or 5 hours and walked over 5 miles. This week I cut grass again and in 3 hours I walked 3 1/2 miles. Today I plan to empty 6 garbage cans by taking them to the land fill and take my neighbors garbage. I know each time I will be tired but I try to do this because it is good for my body to get exercise. This winter I did sit around a lot and this was fun, but now I plan to be busy and help others for my "mental health." We all can do a little to make our life better. I think it depends what we want to do? I hope you find the energy to pace yourself to do a little every day? I like to care my phone and count my steps to see how much I walk every day. Last winter I recorded walking one mile. Then I tried to walk 2 miles. February my wife paid for a one week cruise. I was walking 4 to 6 miles a day and climbing 10 to 20 stories of steps per day. I was not tired because I had fun seeing different things on the big ship? I also did lots of "people" watching. I visit this forum to answer questions and I hope this answer provides information to make your future better?
