The little bit of investigation I have done leads me to be believe that it may be connected? What say you?

Ondansetron (zofran)? Also a good PPI (proton pump inhibitor)? Diet? Bland? I don’t know if that would help but it sure helped me with Graft VS Host of the gut! I got zofran 8 mg ODT and it stops the nausea in its tracks- like mid-vomit! It’s not without its side effects (constipation, elongated QT intervals, etc) but I never had that. There are far too many good meds out there to help to not try a few!

For sure acid reflux and nausea doctor gave me zofran he told me it was because my spleen was enlarged anytime I ate a large meal would cause the acid reflux so snacking mostly and salads instead of one big setting I just eat throughout the day small little bites reflux went away.

I also had the nausea and some vomiting but not from the treatment but from the enlargement of my spleen and mostly before I was diagnosed. I love to eat so at first assumed I had over ate or ate something that just didn't agree with me. Never crossed my mind I had CLL. After I was diagnosed and learned that my spleen was enlarged alot and pushing on my stomach I cut down on my food, eliminated certain foods, my beloved popcorn for one. It also helped that my appetite was really disminished and I wasn't very hungry, actually had to make myself eat. Never had the reflux tho but I know that's hard as my husband suffered from that, not from cancer tho. Good luck
