Yes Lions Mane is very good. Turkey Tail by Micro . Relishing Musgroom not sure of the brand. Chaga Mushroom by the Micro brand again. My husband makes up a coffee drink and he also adds a little Cacao Powder to it. I know that's what's keeping my number down .
