I think treatments as the injection of chemicals to attack cells. I like medication which is effective with "controlling" an illness. both types of medical care have both effective and affective results. I have only been ill a few years and my medication has reduced my WBC count from 75K to 8K. I did not hear any answers to my questions when the doctor practiced "watch and wait?" My current medical care people utilize "share and care" which means provide information and care of healing versus nothing? I like that you are doing well and have shared your positive results.

I have had Monoclonal Antibody therapy and got about 5 years treatment free. Not gonna lie it was tough and expensive. Cutting edge treatments come and go and at the time it was the best choice for me. Have had CLL for 15 years back on “wait and watch now..

- Monoclonal Antibodies: These are lab-made molecules that can bind to specific targets on cancer cells, helping the immune system recognize and destroy them.
- CAR-T Cell Therapy: This involves modifying a patient's T cells to better attack cancer cells.

Since you have been in watch and wait (W/W) for 4 years, it's important to continue monitoring your condition and discussing any new symptoms or changes with your doctor.
