I do everything recommended and I plan my day with activities in the morning. I just returned to the gym 3 times a week. In the afternoon I relax. This spring I plan to do property maintenance on my 5 acer lot in an oak tree forest. I pace myself in the morning and relax in the afternoon. I hope you find the right pace to do your activities. It took me months to figure out my activities schedule? Last summer I split 2 cords of oak with an ax & sledge hammer.
