My husband has CMML and he has been doing bone marrow test and we went from platelets to 14 to 250. Unfortunately his platelets are 93. I'm just hoping we're not out of remission.

Thank you for your response. As you mention, research is very important and I have done alot of it. So far my journey goes from blood test to blood test, no treatment yet.

Best of luck Gilbert. There is a ton to learn about these Leukemia's and blood disorders. I've had MDS RS since 1993 and have gone into MDS/MPN CMML-1 SF3B1 (that's a really good mutation) Read up on stuff on NIH and other Journals. Despite what other folks say, you can find out more than what the Doctor will tell you on the internet. Also advocate for your care as much as you can. Good luck on your journey.

I am happy that my question created a little bit of a furor. An excellent article was just published about CMML. I was diagnosed in April 2022 and am also being monitored. Thanks for commenting.
