I have CLL. I started treatment with Calquence 15 days ago.

I am 7 weeks in to Calquence. I had all of the same side effects you are experiencing. I used a heating pad for the leg cramps and coffee for the head aches. I almost threw in the towel but I stayed the course and I am feeling better. It is slow and steady but I can honestly say that I feel good. Something I haven’t been able to say for a while.. hang in there it’s gonna get better.

I've had 6 rounds of gazyva and 10 months of Veneteclex and I felt fine. The only problems I had was the lack of sleep, 3-5 hours a night for the first 7months. Next week is my final blood screen ,hoping my CLL is in remission and I can stop medication. My TBC remained low the whole time and is still low. They said once I'm off Veneteclex it should return to normal. Stay with this treatment It's one of the better ones.

Thank you for the kind words of encouragement. Coffee does seem to help with the headaches. I hadn't had any symptoms before treatment so I am feeling worse now. I plan to stay the course for now.

I tried Calquence and couldn't do it. The headaches were bad I was told to try caffeine but still didn't help me. Had bad stomach issues too. There are other pills out there if the side effects get to bad for you. Good luck.
