Papaya is good for placttlets..mine are at 101.... coffee,Greens, Broccoli,Red meats ... chicken..I was taking turmeric and that lowers placttlets..no more..Garlic also which I was taking.i Google what lowers placttlets and omitted it from my Diet ...And then I Googled what Builds placttlets up and added to my Diet ... Hope this helps.. Sometimes it's something we are doing and sometimes it's something we are not doing..and then we have to make the changes... Walking Builds placttlets...sun Builds placttlets... Have a wonderful day... To hope they are back to normal soon for both of us
