Hi Rose, I had Covid also. It made all my slight health conditions worse. It jump started my CLL, it put my heart into AFib, irregular heartbeat. It put me into respiratory failure from my acute COPD. It put my kidneys into kidney failure to where I had to have dialysis and blood transfusions. They said I had the BAD Covid. I remember being so weak that talking took a lot of energy. I think it took me a year to start to get my normal energy back. I had to go to physical rehab to walk again, I do remember that.

First thing you do is to take one day at a time. That is the motto here. I had real bad shoulder pain at night and that turned out to be a heart blockage. Covid ravages the body. It attacks every organ in our bodies, worse than other people because we have leukemia. Does your husband or daughter help you or understand your condition? That's what this group is for to help you through all this stuff. We are the only ones who understand. Bless you!

I have CLL and have been told to just keep moving, I had Covid went through Covid rehab so that my breathing and stamina would improve. It didn’t seem to help that much but I was grateful for the small amount of improvement. Everyday is a struggle and it seems that everyone expects me to do the same things I have done in the past. It very disappointed, the Calquence has caused multiple problems with nausea, weakness, feelings that I will faint, and upper arm discomfort which was just dismissed.
